Google showed off its augmented reality features coming to Google Maps, and now the company has started to roll out the update to users. At I/O 2019, the company announced that Pixel device owners will now be able to view walking directions in AR. As Sundar Pichai and co showed off on screen after the update arrows will now appear on-screen layered over real-world environments helping users to better navigate through confusing streets.
